18/05/26

Michaela Van-Noordt, HR Director at Paranova Print and Packaging, has been named as a finalist in two prestigious categories at this year’s Women in Packaging Excellence Awards: Outstanding Contribution to Diversity and Inclusion and Packaging Leadership Award – Manufacturer.

The Women in Packaging Excellence Awards celebrate the achievements of women who are driving progress, innovation, and leadership across the global packaging industry. The awards shine a spotlight on individuals who are making a meaningful impact whether through advancing sustainability, championing diversity, or leading business transformation.

Being shortlisted in two categories highlights Michaela’s significant contribution both as a leader and as an advocate for positive change within the sector.

In her role at Paranova, Michaela has been instrumental in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Her work in promoting diversity and inclusion has helped create an environment where employees can thrive, while also strengthening organisational performance. This work has been recognised through her nomination for the Outstanding Contribution to Diversity and Inclusion award

Her second nomination, for the Packaging Leadership Award – Manufacturer, reflects her broader impact as a strategic leader within the business. Michaela’s people-first approach has played a key role in shaping Paranova’s culture, supporting growth, and enabling the organisation to meet the evolving demands of the packaging industry.

This dual recognition is a testament to Michaela’s dedication, leadership, and influence both within Paranova and across the wider sector.

The winners of the Women in Packaging Excellence Awards will be announced later this year at the ceremony in London in June.

Congratulations to Michaela, being named as a finalist in two categories is a fantastic achievement.
